On the afternoon of June 29, 2020, Nantong University held the "Rongxu" Overseas Training Excellence Award Award Ceremony. Twenty teachers including Cao Haijian and Qu Jiangang won the 2019 Nantong University “Rongxu” Overseas Training Excellence Award. At the meeting, Wang Xiaofeng, Director of the Human Resources Department, introduced the basic situation and selection process of the "Rongxu" Overseas Training Excellence Award. Jiangsu Rongxu Group donated money to establish the Nantong University "Rongxu" Overseas Training Excellence Award in 2018 to reward teachers who teach by their own example, serve as role models, have noble teacher ethics, rigorous scholarship, and have outstanding performance in overseas training visits. The awards are selected annually. Nantong University and Jiangsu Rongxu Group carefully reviewed the basic information and performance results of the 38 eligible candidates in 2019. After careful selection, a total of 20 award-winning teachers were selected.
