 Project Overview: In order to meet the development prospects and broad market demand of the textile market, Jiangsu Rongxu Textile Co., Ltd. has expanded the project and built new production buildings, ancillary buildings and supporting facilities in the existing factory area, with a total construction area of ​​4,506 square meters. The project 45 million yuan was invested to purchase 104 Tsudakoma air-jet looms, warp tying machines, winding inspection machines and other equipment. After the expansion project is completed and reaches production, it is expected to have an annual production capacity of 13 million meters of yarn-dyed fabrics, and the entire factory can form an annual production capacity of 13 million meters. 18 million meters of yarn-dyed fabrics.

 Main environmental impacts and countermeasures and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts:

 ⑴The waste gas generated by the project is mainly lint dust and oil fume generated in the canteen. The organized dust is discharged through the exhaust pipe after being processed by the automatic traveling cleaning machine + centralized filter dust removal device. The uncollected dust is discharged unorganized. It meets the secondary standard of the "Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996); the canteen oil fume is processed by the oil fume purification device and meets the standard of "Emission Standard of Oil Fume for Catering Industry" (GB18483-2001). After taking the above measures, prediction and analysis show that it will have little impact on the surrounding air environment and will not cause excessive impacts.

 After the unorganized waste gas of the project is diffused through ventilation, it is expected that the concentration of unorganized emissions at the factory boundary can reach the standard, with little impact on the environment around the factory boundary. At the same time, the project uses Workshop 1 and Workshop 2 as the boundaries, with a 50m sanitary protection distance set up for each. Measures feasible.

 ⑵After the expansion project is completed and put into operation, the wastewater generated during the operation period will mainly be domestic sewage and catering wastewater. After being treated by septic tanks and grease traps to meet the standards, domestic sewage and catering wastewater will be taken over to Sanyi Hongsheng Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. for treatment. The impact on the water environment is small.

 ⑶The noise during the operation period of this project is mainly the operating noise of production equipment, and the noise source intensity is 75~80dB (A). After vibration reduction, noise reduction, factory sound insulation and other control measures, the noise emission at the factory boundary can reach the "Industrial Enterprise Factory Boundary" "Environmental Noise Emission Standard" (GB12348-2008) Category 3 standard, which has little impact on the surrounding acoustic environment.

 ⑷The solid waste generated by the project has been properly disposed of and has little impact on the surrounding environment. All solid waste from the project can be disposed of without causing secondary pollution.
