In 2023, the number of registered high-end textile companies in Jiangsu Province will reach 188,285, an increase of 33,474 compared with 2022. The compound annual growth rate from 2016 to 2023 is 14.50%.

——Ranking first in the country in terms of number of patent applications

According to IncoPat query data, since 2015, the annual number of patent applications in the high-end textile field in Jiangsu Province has basically been more than 10,000, and the number of patent applications in 2017 exceeded 20,000. As of June 2024, the cumulative number of patent applications in the high-end textile field in Jiangsu Province has exceeded 300,000, ranking first in the country.
